Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping

  • Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours. For COD orders, shipping may take 3–4 working days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via Email once your order is shipped.

  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping is free on orders above ₹950. For orders below this amount, a non-refundable shipping charge of ₹50 will be applied at checkout.

 


 

Return & Exchange

  • Return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

  • To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.

  • For hygiene reasons, accessories, perfumes, and innerwear are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased during special sales or BOGO offers are non-returnable. Terms and conditions will be specified at the time of the offer.

  • We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your order, ensuring all labels and seals are intact. This video will be required as proof in case of missing or damaged items. Without video evidence, we may not be able to process returns or refunds.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.

 


 

Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Submit a return request at https://thetimparis.com/apps/return_prime with a clear photo or video showing the item and the visible brand tag.

  2. Once your return request is approved, the item will be picked up within 3–5 working days.

  3. The refund process will begin once the returned item is received and inspected.

  4. Refunds usually appear in your bank account within 7–10 business days after processing.

 


 

Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified (including changes to phone number, address, product style, or size) once they have been shipped.

  • To cancel or modify your order, please contact customer support before it has been shipped.

  • Refused deliveries will be treated as returns, and refunds will be processed according to our return policy.
